At 11 weeks old, I feel like every day brings something new that McKenzie can do! It's so much fun to watch!
What's going on with McKenzie this week:- She has started to coo and babble all the time. It is so funny to listen to!
- We started swaddling her and the first night she slept 9.5 hours!! She is still sleeping long stretches, but we haven't replicated that one night yet!
- She hasn't wanted to nap during the day anymore. She takes 4-5 30 minute naps. Good news is she has been taking the naps in our bedroom where she sleeps at night instead of in my arms or in the same room as me.
- She is still spitting up 6-7 times a day, but dfeinitely not as much or as violent as she used too.
- She is still dealing with lots of gas. We are going through Mylicon like water! We are going to try a new product, Colic Calm and see how that works. If there is no improvement by next week her pediatrician wants to discuss switching to another formula, possibly soy.
- She loves to suck on her fists! Along with that she loves to blow bubbles and she is drooling all the time!
- She is smiling more and more. Big open mouth smiles...I can tell she is getting close to laughing.
- You can tell now what things make her smile and things that she enjoys.
Clothes: 0-3 (3-6 sleepers sometimes)
Sleeping: approx 830pm-3am, napping every 90 minutes for 30 min
Feeding: 5-6 ounces every 3.5-4 hours
Formula: Enfamil Infant
